Microsoft AdCenter Slow Buggy Unstable

Microsoft has for sometime kept their Adcenter in beta. They have now removed the beta tag, but the product is still a very much unfinished one. Main complaints: 1. Slow (really slow) 2. Buggy - sometimes somethings work other times not. 3. Inefficient - just try to import a few keywords and ads and you will realize how bad it is.
Just wondering if Microsoft tested it at all!
On an average, it takes about 4 times as much time for you to accomplish a work on Adcenter when compared to Google Adwords.
