CustomBooksEtc - Unethical Linking strategies

I had exchanged links with CustomBooksEtc through LinkMarket, but a few weeks later, I find that my link has disappeared from their site.
When I contact them regarding this, they inform me that my link is on http://www.custombooksetc.bravehost.com/Links/Link_Free.htm
Notice how they have changed the domain - now with PR0. Someone from
Impact Strategies seems to be handling the link exchange for CustomBooksEtc.
I find it disgusting to know that people play such cheap tricks to increase their internet exposure.
